ServeBees ("Platform", "we", "us") is operated by InnoTrends Distribution Corporation, the designated Data Controller responsible for your personal data. We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting personal data in compliance with international privacy frameworks (including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 / RA 10173, and applicable national data protection regulations across jurisdictions where our services operate).
2. Cryptographic Passkeys & Biometric Security
ServeBees does not store your passwords or your biometrics. When you authenticate using FaceID, fingerprint, or device lock PIN, your biometric verification occurs entirely inside your personal device's local hardware Secure Enclave.
Our servers only verify cryptographic public key signatures (FIDO2 standard). Even in the theoretical event of a database compromise, no passwords or biometric templates exist on our servers to be stolen.
3. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, verified email address, and mobile number.
- Identity Verification Data (Providers): Government-issued identification cards and profile photographs solely used to verify provider legitimacy.
- Location Information: Geolocation coordinates utilized strictly during active dispatch and booking sessions to calculate distance and arrival estimates.
- Service Records: Service logs, booking timestamps, Service PIN exchanges, and proof-of-work photographs.
4. How We Use Your Information
We collect and process your information solely for:
- Facilitating dispatch, matching, and in-person service appointments.
- Managing protected escrow transactions and wallet payouts.
- Ensuring trust and safety and investigating policy disputes.
- Sending critical account notices and booking status updates.

Under applicable data protection frameworks, you retain the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data stored with ServeBees, subject to legal compliance and ongoing transaction requirements.
